Title: TANGENT

Description: TANGENT is a high-energy hybrid of breaking, waacking, hip hop, house, and contemporary dance and the collective’s first full length work. The work features and at times amalgamates, the collective’s diverse genres and investigates the idea of extreme individualism in an age of over-stimulation. Narcissism, superiority, self-absorption, and selfishness are all explored through the lens of today’s distracted mind keeping us from the true issues within ourselves, and the world around us.
